Republicans and Others Cite Election Interference by Schumer

The last election interference was not Schumer’s comment. It was Donald Trump and his mob on January 6, 2021. And if Israel were heading back toward socialism right now (which was its genesis), the Republican Party might stir up a mob to overthrow the Israeli government. Chuck Schumer is not on the left so read on.

And I feel strongly that American intelligence, as in other wars such as World War II, is considering the interests of the United States at this time along with the interests of Israel. I can apply information about that war where Roosevelt, Churchill, and Stalin were making decisions. Yalta was one such meeting where the decision was made to invade the Nazi regime in France. Veterans know that D-Day took place, but what do they know about the behind-the-scenes negotiations?

And France is now on high alert and rightfully so. Trump would say that would never happened under my administration, but what has Trump said so far to help? Oops Trump just said to Israel “finish up the war.” And Trump has spoken out and he says now that the Gaza attack, he knew, would create more antisemitism. Isn’t that amazing that a man who has held such high office and desires a comeback would not speak out right away. He could have made the same statement when the Israeli attack on Gaza began. More Jewish people should be alarmed by his comments. But we know that in New York, Lee Zeldin will march the march, and so will others around our nation and across the globe.

There is no election taking place in Israel nor should we expect one soon. There is hostility in Israel, strongest perhaps, for the moment, among those who are the families of the hostages. There is the same kind of resentment among families of Americans who have lost loved ones in the military and find Biden at fault. And lots of other Israelis blame Netanyahu for the Massacre of October 7, 2023.

Both Joe Lieberman and Michael Oren, former Israeli ambassador to the United States, were on Fox News talking about Schumer. With no election taking place, we have to reduce or eliminate that title because it is inaccurate. We see much of the world criticizing Israel for the “genocide” that is taking place. Even Congresswoman AOC recently made a point by stating that the genocide is unfolding (but not taking place). That is an example of how someone on the left appears to be supporting Israel by her choice of words. And the right is wrong since there is no election taking place.

Lieberman, to his credit, has spoken out that Netanyahu is not so popular in Israel because of Israel’s swing to the right, but Netanyahu does have support for taking care of Hamas.

Oren and Lieberman are the go to people. Liberman fled to the Republican Party and drifted away to a “No Name” Party quickly after watching Donald J. Trump and many in his mob (long before January 6, 2021). Oren has to be looked at carefully and hundreds of media outlets are seeking him out for comment.

I’ve written about Oren before, highlighting things from his book Ally. He has really failed the Jewish community in the United States and around the world. He could have led by his final instructions as ambassador and turned out to be just an author.

Let me provide what he has written, and the ink has not even dried on his paper. “Faced with this pernicious phenomenon, there is little that we, as Jews, can do to combat it. We can only urge Westerners to work out their identity issues between and by themselves and keep us out of it,” he wrote in late February.

In other words, Jews are not the problem. Yet there are Jewish students on campus who are major supporters of Palestine. Yet there are Jewish rabbis that have joined the BDS movement. Yet there are Muslims on campus doing more than just protesting. Yet there are Jews all over the United States doing little or nothing and spreading misinformation themselves. Have you noticed that Congress (the Foxxes and Stefaniks) has done nothing? Do Lieberman and Oren even realize that? It’s been months and there has been nothing.

The Irvine 11 is something that I found while researching Michael Oren. But I also found in that article he published around a month ago my favorite topic of conversation. Zolá and Dreyfus. He said that the 3 Ivy League presidents were not Dreyfus and that the Stefanik, the inquisitor, is not Zolá. Just that word that he used “inquisitor” should bring back the need for justice that should shine on those 3 Ivy League presidents. One of those presidents has not resigned and justice, true justice, would call for justice for all of all of them. One man has created a movement for justice for one of them, Claudine Gay. Why? She is Black. Do you know about that movement?

In my last article, I pointed out how the University of Leeds settled a case with a Jewish student and in that decision the court also directed the staff to learn more about fighting antisemitism. That is precisely what Joe Lieberman, Michael Oren (and he had a good idea in his book Ally and did not follow through). Netanyahu, in Israel, apparently did not follow through on reports of dangerous Hamas activities.

There are valid reasons regarding the world situation which has gone beyond the Russia attack and war on Ukraine to diminish Netanyahu. Just like antisemitism in the USA, those things have been going on for many years. It’s the world of crazy diplomacy again and I have cited examples in World War II before.

Getting back to the Irvine 11. Oren was prevented from speaking at the University of California in 2010 and there were criminal charges against the 11 who obstructed his speech. They lost and then an appeal was made on their behalf. And the perpetrators were sentenced in that first trial. I wonder if Oren has spoken about that and why not if he has not.

Was the matter finally settled out of court? Did it go further and was decided in favor of the Irvine 11 or some or most of them? Did Oren’s side lose? Did they win? It’s a mystery to me. Has the staff of Congresswoman Stefanin “the inquisitor” researched his matter. Even Oren says that there is little that can be done. So much drama about “genocide” on campus and nothing being done about it in our streets. And I must repeat that I was tired of asking people to denounce this and that as far back as 2019 and I wanted action. My last article was about 200 campuses that had Israel Apartheid Day and Trump and his mob did nothing about that and more.

And have you not seen my articles about La Maison Zolá – Le Musée Dreyfus and that collaboration which started in 1898 in France continues today to fight hate through education and justice for all. College presidents are fighting across our nation to promote tolerance. I do lots of research and I came up with a video from the 1990s where a famous Black activist was using the Satmar position against Israel and Zionism. And he spoke about this. The Jews were not hurt by Muslims, pointing out that Hitler was the culprit by killing 6 million Jews. Muslims did not cause that is the theme, but Arabs in Palestine were highly supportive of the Nazis there.

I took a break to do some research and found an article about that long history where details were provided by Joshua Washington of the IBSI or Institute of Black Solidarity with Israel. It goes back to 1975 in the world when Zionism was equated with racism. It was not a big campus thing. The U.N. repealed that around 30 years ago, but the damage has been done.

Did Stokely Carmichael know that 67 innocent, Orthodox Jews were massacred in Hebron in 1929 which was four years before the rise of Hitler to power? Knowledge matters! I knew about the “massacre” in the 1980s and the Palestinians that learned about my work knew it was balanced. I can blame just about everyone for the unbalancing of this important information. I have also witnessed Israeli officials that do not seem knowledgeable enough to mention that massacre and as I have pointed out before the Tulsa Massacre took place in the United States around the same time. The racism that Palestinians and others seems to have been erased and Black leaders do not seem to know this. Even information provided to help the campus world does not make the point that I have just shared…again. And again and again. And they say “Never Again.”

Did Stokely Carmichael know that the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem wanted “to throw all the Jews into the sea?” And that he was welcome at the court of Adolph Hitler.

And now we have Michael Oren to contend with.  Michael Oren, who writes a lot about history, but in writing about Emile Zolá he seemed to pass over the theme of justice and those college presidents were abused by the inquisitor. And why has he not mentioned “the Irvine 11?” We should find out and I emailed him. Let’s see what happens. And I checked the work of Michael Oren for the Hebron Massacre and did not find any mention of it. Stokely didn’t seem to mention it, too.

And Netanyahu is not sending a delegation to Washington, D.C. after the US did not veto a UN ceasefire resolution. And in Israel Gideon Starr, a member of the emergency unit government put together by Netanyahu after the October 7 Massacre, has resigned. He is not being granted access to the highest-level cabinet meetings and hoped to influence policy.  See that is the kind of thing that I previously referred to in this article. I hope that if he has better policy ideas that Netanyahu will listen.

Trump Said He Destroyed ISIS

He said he would repeal ObamaCare on Day 1. He said he was going to build the wall and never completed it. He said if he had one regret that it was that he didn’t do tax reform sooner and that was the best year that he had for building the wall. He said that he destroyed ISIS and now we have witnessed a brutal massacre by ISIS in Russia. Two massacres in the news and I wonder how many Americans are going to care about those lives lost in Russia. I assume that there will be polls soon about the massacre just as polls are taken that show American attitudes about Palestine and Israel.

But let’s go back to the Biden call to withdraw from Afghanistan. And I just read that the New York Post says that the “media mob” is allowing Biden a free pass. And I wrote the article about Afghanistan because ISIS was a concern at the time of the evacuation. You can say that ISIS was rising even though the Taliban took over.

Afghanistan: Learning from the Godfather and more

Posted August 31, 2021

Afghanistan is the nation with the most terrorism in the world. Every province (there are 34) has experienced death except one.

In Kunduz in 2019 there were 500 deaths attributed to terrorism. And the terrorism was increasing after that. The Taliban were responsible for 87 percent of the fatalities. The Islamic State was responsible for 5 percent of those deaths and it was active in 7 provinces. In 2019 there were almost 3,000 fatalities among police and military. And it was reported that ISIS had a “sleeper cell” in Kabul in the report that I have cited

It really appears that some or many critics of the events feel that things could have been much better. Take the example of starting the evacuation much sooner. Does it make sense? Sure it does, but even a “sooner” evacuation would have raised eyes and ears, especially since there are trained spies everywhere. That surely might have put the lid on the evacuation, if the Taliban so desired. Repugnicans have a lot of explaining to do that include Senator Lindsay Graham.

I strongly suspect that there were spies working in the Afghanistan government and I admit to having no proof. This kind of situation almost always happens during war and during and or after overthrows of governments. Some of those people are clearly double agents. No motion picture comes to mind.

Repugnicans know just how strong they are in their counties and states. They can say anything and get away with it.

As you can see from the material above, ISIS was active and remained active. It has been confirmed that ISIS in Afghanistan did this massacre and not any group anywhere else. The intelligence of Trump is just another Trump bankruptcy.

Let’s go to one of the most famous movies of all-time to illustrate the fantasy world of “fake news” which has been generated mostly by Repugnicans in America. The Godfather!

Al Pacino, as Michael Corleone, comes up with the most “brilliant” idea. Set up a meeting for me in a restaurant and put a gun in the toilet that I can take possession of and I’ll kill the bastard. The movie proceeds exactly according to plan. Great entertainment and fulfillment of the screenwriters dream of making something happen that ordinarily wouldn’t happen. But it could happen. Just like the Corona Virus could just be a flu or our marines can absolutely control things when in fact they cannot do that absolutely.

And yes things did start to get worse as I expected, but not quite yet. I read this just before writing the Godfather piece.

200 Colleges and Israeli Apartheid Week

200 Colleges and Israeli Apartheid Week

It was 2016 in England and there was an Israeli Apartheid Week and the Oxford Union Labour Club endorsed it and the atmosphere was “poisonous.”

I was not able to find more of that in Antisemitism: Here and Now, but I may have missed more.

What I did find first was in an article in Mosaic and where were the universities cited?

Upstate New York, California, Philadelphia, and Ohio. And yes there were 200 campuses that held hate-the-Jews-fest or Israeli Apartheid Week. And there were taunts such as “Back to Birkenau” and a student had to be hospitalized in upstate New York. Cornell University was mentioned in those pages (May 4, 2015 by Professor Ruth Wisse in Mosaic and Professor Deborah Lipstadt 2019).

I wonder aloud just how did Donald Trump’s envoy fight antisemitism in his short stay. And remember nobody replaced him. And what is needed now is for the House Ed & Workforce Committee Minority members to speak out since what has happened so far is reprehensible. That majority of that committee has done nothing to help campuses and the antisemitism that Jewish people face. And what about the Islamophobia and hate directed at Muslims? People in Congress represent our entire nation, but not those elected few. In my opinion what is going on could be the worst that our nation has seen since the McCarthy Era but do not forget January 6, 2021.

And there is more about things that took place before 2016.

France 2014. Paris. Eight synagogues were attacked including one in Sarcelles (I traveled by it in 2002) and a synagogue was firebombed there with 400 people inside.

Hitler was right

Jews get out of France

Those were two of the shouts of protestors.

Germany 2014. Berlin.

An old Jewish man holding an Israeli flag was assaulted in the streets.

The Guardian in England wrote that “antisemitism is “Worse since Nazis.”

Death to Jews

Slit Jews throats

Child murderer Israel

Stop the

Jewish terror

Jewish shit

Jews to the gas (chamber)

Gelsenkirchen, Dortmund. Frankfurt, Essen, Berlin were the places mentioned above.

And I might add that Professor Lipstadt whose supporting details I have used here also wrote in her book about so much of this material starting at work since elected officials had staff that followed social media that was full of antisemitism. And the home plays a role (including houses of worship).

Have you noticed that there were 200 campuses and Fox News and Foxx in Congress were acting like Harvard was the problem? I am Jewish and I was brought up learning about how Jews were wrongly and unfairly singled out time and time again for things in many countries. And did I not write about Trump and antisemitism in my blog while he was in office, pointing to things that existed and were not addressed?

There has just been a complex protest in Puerto Rico including the burning of American flags. Statehood, a better electrical system, and opposition to Israel were themes reported as Vice-President Harris made a trip there. I wonder if Harvard has a campus extension there. Maybe Fox (Foxx) News can find a campus extension there and place the blame where it already has?

And news from Leeds in England about antisemitism. Her appeal gained her an

A student named Greyman took a case into small claims court.

And there was a successful internal appeal, Greyman had been awarded a 2:1 BA degree with honours, but the student could not start a masters program at Glasgow on time. The problem was that a professor failed her in class and her appeal had to wait six months. She hoped for a correction of her mark, an apology, and that staff (even Jewish staff, I learned more about antisemitism in the last six months) be offered training in antisemitism (I can attest well to that and approve of the court’s decision).

Her mark did have an anti-Israel bias and it was hoped that this sort of thing would not occur again.

University of Leeds embraces the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) definition of antisemitism and a review had cleared the professor in question. In court this is what happened. There was no admission of guilt by the university and the claimant accepted that. Insurance funds were offered and accepted.

And who is going to train Fox (Foxx) and friends?

Stephen A Smith and Megan Kelly

Snoop-Trump-Stephen A. Smith

Stephen A. Smith loves Snoop. Snoop loves Trump. Stephen A. Smith has problems to solve in his life. Smith also respects Megan Kelly.

For Stephen A. Smith to know. The Bible tells us the story of Joseph and his brothers. There was that coat of many colors and selling Joseph into slavery. Famine led Joseph’s brothers to go to Egypt seeking help. They were migrants. They got help from the government of Egypt. They were taken in. No barriers, buoys, and barbed wire at the border. But Stephen A. Smith is not really religious. Fine! But learn and teach the lesson as it is applied today.

Stephen A. Smith is upset that African Americans cannot get the things they need while migrants get help. And now that it is winter, migrants need lodging as money is not there to help them.

Snoop loves Trump because Trump pardoned his friend who Smith says attempted to murder a police officer. It’s good to have friends. It’s good to be the king-dictator-etc. who would do that and get away with it. Do our nation’s police know about that, and do they remember? Smith says he still loves Snoop. I wonder how I would feel if a friend of mine attempted to kill a police officer? What about you?

Snoop previously said that he “couldn’t stand to see this punk in office one more year.”

Stephan A. Smith was upset that Snoop said that he never voted before. Smith said he hates to hear anything like that and he would not condemn Snoop and understands.

Colin Kaepernick did not vote around the time that he kneeled and shook up the world. Stephen A. Smith have you heard that. Stephen A. Smith could learn from that.

Smith said that he could not be the way that Snoop is on this issue.

Megan Kelly wrote that the Black National Anthem does not belong at the Superbowl, only the American one. Smith wants to help Kelly get educated about Black history. So Kelly is not a racist, Smith says. But she is diminishing Black history and I have written that I wish someone had raised the Jewish flag in the 1930s in the United States to protect Jews. And I seem to remember that Megan Kelly believes in Trump. Trump is an enabler of antisemitism and maybe Smith is saying that Kelly is an enabler of racism.

Another thing for Stephen A. Smith and tens of millions of Trump supporters is this. Edouard Drumont and La Libre Parole. Although Fox News does broadcast lots of news around our nation, it does, at times, act the way that Edouard Drumont did as he heated up antisemitism for the French people. Colin Kaepernick exposed racism in America national television. Emile Zolá exposed the evils of a French military that convicted a Jew of high treason without evidence.

I wrote all that on February 15, 2024, and decided not to publish it. Now I noticed Stephen A. Smith with Chris Cuomo on News Nation. Cuomo does not see Donald J. Trump as an “existential threat” to our nation in 2024.

Donald Trump is an “enabler” of antisemitism. He recently said that he would end the war in Ukraine by not selling arms to Ukraine (in other words kissing Putin’s ass). He cared more for the Southern border when Putin attacked Ukraine. Does Stephen A. Smith believe that Trump would sell Black people weapons if White Supremacists begin to massacre Black people in our nation?

Jared Kushner is now investing hard in Albania when America First meant that we keep our investments in places like Alabama, Arkansas, Alaska, and Arizona. Kusher has gone “global” right before our eyes and no protest from “fake news” Trump. Maybe Kushner can hire tens of thousands of Black people to work in Albania on the project. Remember that Trump did more for Black people than any president and claimed G.O.A.T. over Abraham Lincoln. And Stephen A. Smith wants people to treat Trump fairly. Isn’t it probable that Trump’s bloodbath statement was just his typical rambling and he really meant what he has talked about before and that he wants his supporters to be outraged and violent if he goes to jail and if he is not elected. Do I have to be fair to Trump? Maybe Stephen A. Smith should read my voluminous work about Trump and play catch up. That’s a term that Smith should be used to.

One more thing for the Stephen A. Smith’s of the world. The most antisemitic legislation was the border legislation passed in 1924 and it was designed to keep Jews out of this country (from the mouth of the man who sponsored the bill that was passed who referred to the recent wave of Jewish immigrants as “filthy, un-American, and often dangerous in their habits.” If another genocide or holocaust faced Jews anywhere in the world right now and they could not legally enter the USA, would that be antisemitic? Hitler would love it if he were alive to see it. How many Americans would be declared antisemites?” And for a good reason.

The team of Stephen Miller-Donald Trump put that enhanced version of the 1924 law in place.  There are G.O.A.T.s and there are PIGS. Trump has declared himself to be the greatest friend of Israel, but he is full of pork.

Fox News and News Max are not for me. Nor would the Hitler Channel be for me. Maybe Smith could influence Megan  Kelly to interview Candace Owens and her crowd about Kushner going global.

And one more thing Stephen A. There are millions of people like you in America.

Mosaic

Mosaïque qui doit en dire plus sur Dreyfus

January 4, 2021

According to the article, Theodore Herzl did not have a transformation involving the trial of Alfred Dreyfus. It came in 1995.

It’s true that In 1894, almost everyone thought Dreyfus was guilty, an opinion Herzl shared. His diaries mention twelve brief times Dreyfus and the word “only” for 12 times appears.

Here are details from the article.

October 15, 1894

Alfred Dreyfus, a Jewish captain in the French army, was arrested for spying for Germany

Dreyfus’s four-day closed court-marital ended in late December ends in unanimous conviction by the military judges after one hour

Dreyfus sentenced to life imprisonment and “degradation”

Two years later, evidence appeared that Dreyfus had been framed to cover up the treason of a senior officer.

In 1898 Emile Zola published “J’Accuse” and the public begins to debate “The Affaire”

Herzl diaries contained over 1600 pages and not a mention of his understanding that the Jews needed their own state

I take issue with the writer of the article.

Herzl did not have to stress during those days the full impact of The Dreyfus Affair. I did not write about the impact of The Dreyfus Affair on my own work for many years.

And the author of the article mentions a “public debate” which included “Death to the Jews” Death to Zolá” and there was sufficient violence and killing of people resulting from “The Affair.”

Antisemitic riots

antisemitic disturbances and riots broke out in 1898

antisemitic riots predated the Dreyfus affair, and were almost a tradition in the East, Alsace, for example.

But the 1898 disturbances were much more widespread.

three waves of unrest in 55 localities

69 riots or disturbances across the country.

additionally, riots took place in Algeria

demonstrators at these disturbances threw stones, chanted slogans, attacked Jewish property and sometimes Jewish people

resisted police efforts to stop them.

cavalry were called in an attempt to quell the disturbances

Zolá and Dreyfus were being blamed.

Roger Martin du Gard reported that “Individuals with Jewish features were grabbed, surrounded, and roughed up by delirious youths who danced round them, brandishing flaming torches, made from rolled-up copies of L’Aurore.”

L’Aurore was the newspaper that published Zolá’s “J’Accuse.”

In Nantes, Lille, Le Havre, and 9 other cities antisemitic posters appeared in the streets followed by riots

“Imitate your brothers of Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes, Toulouse … join with them in demonstrating against the underhand attacks being made on the Nation”were on posters

In Marseille, and other cities, riots followed antisemitic speeches or meetings, such as the meeting organized by the Comité de Défense Religieuse et Sociale in Caen

And that last piece of information is shared with you at a time that a new Rob Reiner film is being shown and written about This film which is a warning about the Christian right as it moves toward Christian Nationalism is called God &Country (2024). Look for the trailer online and find the words Christian Nationalism. Fox News just called upon Bill Donahue of The Catholic League to strongly criticize the documentary. And in the days of Captain Alfred Dreyfus, it was the antisemitic press, the Monarchists, and the church.

I have seen a couple of articles in the last ten years that mentioned The Dreyfus Affair in relation to American politics under Donald Trump. I am probably the most prolific of this small group. Or is there no doubt about it?

I hope this article travels all across the United States and France soon to wake people up. President Macron of France can help as well as The White House.

Do You Believe Fox’s Biden Economics?

Recently Fox News had a report about Biden Economics featuring steak and butter, along with the high cost of mortgages. It sounded like a report of a nation where there is runaway inflation and Turkey came to mind. The inflation rate of the items mentioned was 72 percent. I also learned during these last weeks that car insurance increases make up one-half of one percent of our current inflation rate. Home owners insurance is impacting, but  a call to my insurance agent was needed for the rise of my own personal car insurance and I was told that there were heavy losses by insurance companies and he had checked out the prices on other well known lower cost insurance companies and the experience was the same.

Let’s get to steak and butter. I went back to the beginning or genesis which was 2001 when Biden took office. I have no special site to search that is committed to backing Biden instead of Fox. This is what I learned.

By December 11, 2021 butter was up 40 percent.

Declining cow herds,

labor shortages and

higher packaging material costs

ongoing labor and freight shortages will continue to limit the butter supply in 2022

There were other record-setting increases for commodities such as wheat and coffee experiencing

over the past year amid high demand

poor weather and supply chain disruptions which manufacturers have largely chosen to pass down to the consumer

Now we can get to steak where I read an article about food critic Andrew Zimmern and a well-known hamburger restaurant. There was an price increase of 25 percent early on.

Organizations like the American Farm Bureau Federation (AFBF) put out the word that Americans may see record high beef prices this year due to the lowest cattle inventory in over 70 years.

In 2017 there were 95 million cattle

In January 2024 there were just 87.2 million cattle and calves

The reasons

farmers selling off cattle due to severe drought conditions — requiring farmers to hold less inventory to make sure the rest can be fed

and the rising cost of supplies to feed and support such cattle herds

Zimmern points to examples of the severe weather impact

with the wildfires raging across the Texas panhandle

An estimated 7,000 cattle have died thus far

putting the squeeze on local ranchers and a larger squeeze for the industry

And there was mention of rising labor costs due to the rise of the minimum wage (as high as $20 and which has been going on for years. Those same wages were going up under Trumponomics and Trump took credit for higher wages during his term.

It is just being reported that Tyson Foods hopes to hire 52,000 migrants because of labor shortages and migrant labor could easily mean “cheap labor.” I just got that from Fox News. This has been the standard for our nation when conservative economist Milton Friedman told businessmen that there is nothing wrong with “illegal” immigration as long as you do not have to pay out things like social security and other beneficial things to the immigrants. And Fox News will act as though it’s the left, the communists and socialists, liberals that are responsible for all the migrants who have crossed our border over the decades. From what I observed over 20 years ago, labor did not particularly like cheap labor in our nation, but eventually supported this humanitarian effort out of brotherhood. I support the migrants because I have proof that the law that made it “illegal” to cross the border was antisemitic. It’s “Founding Father” referred to the recent wave of Jewish immigrants as “filthy, un-American, and often dangerous in their habits.” And Jews paid for that law before and during The Holocaust with their lives.

I want the Jewish people to know that to me going to Fox News is just slightly better than going to La Libre Parole which was extremely antisemitic in France in the 1890s. Even in researching Fox News about the Enid, Oklahoma current controversy of white supremacy and the election of one of Enid’s own to the city commissioner’s office, I found Fox News spending far too much of its space giving the individual in question a rebuttal based on his “conservative” values and his faith in the electorate of Enid. The Nazis were doing the same thing in the 1920s and 1930s.

I just learned that there were Polish people under German influence that wore Hitler-like mustaches in admiration of Hitler. They shaved off those mustaches as Allied forces entered their lands for fear of retaliation.

I, also, learned yesterday that business rents on rising on Long Island right now even though we hear of losses (just like in New York City) of population to other states. There are large vacancies of stores everywhere.  Again, this seems to be a failure of the “free market” economy. Rents are supposed to come down, but there could also be local market conditions that jack up the cost of renting.

And if things were not bad enough, it has been reported right now that a Catholic priest who recently took over the parish in New York has increased the rent for AA or Alcoholics Anonymous from $80 a month to $800. And there were other increases and notices of termination since St. Augustine in Park Slope doesn’t have the funds needed to provide long standing Catholic charitable services. The subtitle of the article I read was about ending Creole and Spanish services and programs for the needy.

And there lawsuits, mostly resulting from scandals against the church, was cited as a reason and that is not Bidenomics.

Enid, Oklahoma and Truth

Millions of Jews (some trans, most not, Blacks too, and lots of Christians) lost their lives because of the same border legislation that makes it “illegal” to cross the border.

The USA’s Most Antisemitic Legislation

Congressman Albert Johnson and Senator David Reed, both Republicans, gave US a series of immigration acts designed to the referring to the recent immigrants (before 1924) as a “bulwark against a stream of alien blook” and referred to the recent wave of Jewish immigrants as “filthy, un-American, and often dangerous in their habits.”

Published February 20, 2024

You can see the hate back then and my opinion is that the legislation should be repealed because of hate. We would still need intense border security, which I have cared about for 20 years. Justice is badly needed and that is both American and Christian (America at its best).

The United States had a major fascist problem in 1939 and it does have one in 2024. Experts know that Donald Trump is an enabler of antisemitism and that means that he doesn’t have to be antisemitic himself. He is a Republican and 80 percent of Enid apparently favor Donald Trump. One of the major things that rocketed Trump toward being an enabler was Charlotteville and lots of people in Enid have now seen one of their own who has been elected to office who showed his “white supremacist” position in that Virginia town. The whole world seems to know about it. I am in New York (Long Island) and a former federal prosecutor that I spoke with who is in Florida knew about it. It’s major news about what this Judeo-Christian Nation is all about. Things that Fox News may not tell you.

Trump was thinking about a one-state solution for Israel and Palestine and a two-state solution and got nothing like that accomplished.  He went off into a trade agreement called “peace.” That is his legacy, the Republican legacy.

In 1929 Arabs in Hebron in Palestine massacred 67 Orthodox Jews. And that, I have written before, was around the time that White people massacred Black people in Tulsa, and I read about the “brothers in Christ” moment of “Judd” Blevins, thinking of a song from Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Oklahoma which I grew up on in the late 1940s (Poor Judd is Dead) and Derwood Norwood that I read about. Republican campaigns emphasize moving forward and not looking back. I look back and I can tell you that Republican leaders in New York were members of the Ku Klux Klan and Republicans were cooperating with racists in the 1930 before Pearl Harbor with the objective of getting Jews, Negroes, and Catholics.

As an educator, I have personally helped to straighten out messes made by two Republican governors. In 2002, it was Governor Jeb Bush of Florida and the legislature that messed up from 1999-2001. In 2007, it had been Governor George Pataki who had messed up and the New York State Education Department called me to get $2,1 million dollars in the budget. I did those things. I could have done more if asked by other states, for example.

Conservatives and Republicans will not share with you in Enid that Donald Trump is an antisemitic “enabler” and nor will Jewish Republicans. This is all about the truth and not about who will win this or that election. I read about how people wish to push the blame on Black Lives Matter and the pro-Palestinian protests. Everything matters and not just what people in Enid will tell you.

Science Po Paris Antisemitism

Strange name for a university?

The title of an article that I saw, got my attention because it used this word “uni.” You can read words like biblio and resto   also in French. So what do you think “science po” is?

This is an elite school in France (think Harvard, M.I.T., U. Penn in the USA) where antisemitism exists. I was just told that is lots of antisemitism at U. Florida. President Macron of France attended Science Po and it has a pretty hefty tuition charge for France that I noticed. Equally famous Americans have gone to Harvard and other elite schools.

Now we can get to the antisemitism that I read about and what I had wished to know about for some time.  The article featured pro-Palestinians and their actions on campus. There was a mention of a “Zionist” in the article.

And I wonder is people like Sean Hannity, Tucker Carlson, and others from Fox News on the air in France. I wonder and imagine that it could be.

Meanwhile, more controversy struck the Sciences Po campus after around 100 students occupying the main lecture hall as part of a pro-Palestinian demonstration on Tuesday were accused of barring entry to a Jewish student and insulting her.

The student, a member of the Union of Jewish Students in France (UEJF) that claims a national membership of 15,000, was prevented from entering a building because of shouts and actions.  “Don’t let her in, she’s a Zionist”, the union said on X.

President Macron told his cabinet that the remarks were “unspeakable and perfectly intolerable”.

Prime Minister Gabriel Attal and Higher Education Minister Sylvie Retailleau took action telling the Sciences Po Foundation’s board to “underline the seriousness” of what happened and to remain a “place of teaching” and “healthy debates.”

The management was taking legal action over anti-Semitic acts in this “embedding of an unacceptable poisonous climate”.

But students took this position.

“It’s really sad that unverified information is taken directly to the French president,” one students revealed and “We don’t tolerate any form of anti-Semitism.”

And I wonder is people like Sean Hannity, Tucker Carlson, and others from Fox News on the air in France. I wonder and imagine that it could be.

And here is something important that was mentioned about the Jewish student had been denied access to the lecture hall.  A student said that this “Zionist” had previously intimidated pro-Palestinian students” at the protest.

And this was the only Jewish student who was barred from entering.

Anti-Semitic acts in France have also increased, according to the Council of Jewish Institutions in France.

Now we can analyze this information from afar. Did President Macron have his facts straight. Even President Biden has spoken lately and had to correct himself about his own policies on key issues. Is the student right that his information was “unverified?”

Then we can see from the context that a Jew was called a “Zionist.” Other Jews appear to be fine as long as they are not “Zionist.” This exists on campuses and in the streets in America. How many protests have taken place already and the year is far from over?

And I wonder is people like Sean Hannity, Tucker Carlson, and others from Fox News on the air in France. I wonder and imagine that it could be. I think I have made my point.

We see a need for tit for tat or “an eye for an eye” oh well not exactly. What kind of “intimidation” was used by the “Zionist?” We do not know anything about it. Shouldn’t that be told?

Also notice in France there have been top level interventions and in the United States the House Ed & Workforce Committee has been waiting for universities to provide information and nothing has been done by government. Even a member union of the UAW has been subpoenaed which makes US think of the McCarthy Era and the tragically evil and unconstitutional work of people in Congress at that time. My mother’s cousin, Joshua Shelly, an actor, was severely affected by that. Never Again does apply to lots of things. The vast majority of those affected were Jews. And fascism in America was on the march decades before that. It should be a wake-up call for Jews on campus and around our nation, that Congresswomen Foxx, Stefanik, and others have done nothing to help the universities and students on campus. Fascism is on the march in America right now and those people are in denial. Yes, I accuse them! That is a French moment for me. Uni, biblioi, resto, fasciste.

An important question is what will happen, if anything, to the student who did the so-called intimidation and to the student or students who blocked that “Zionist?” I know about an American president who gave a “slap on the wrist” to the head of a corporation that was providing Hitler with agents in Europe who spied on world shipping for The Third Reich.

And I ask again, do those students in Paris know that Arabs in Palestine massacred 67 Orthodox Jews in Hebron in 1929 and that was four years before the rise of Adolph Hitler to power?

And I just read about Sarah Lawrence College and found out that the Department of Education has updated its complaint form, making it easier for students to report religious discrimination under Title VI. That seems to be helpful. And it raises the question about what has been done since 2017 to make things better. This is not just about Biden’s term in office.

So what do you think “science po” is?

A Zone of Interest

The United States press needs to do more and be better. In the last week, I have contacted The New York Times, The New York Post, and The New York Daily News (all newspapers) and WPIX (television).  There have been no replies, of course. Important news is being held back from the public. Important news was being held back from the public in Europe at the time of Adolph Hitler and things changed. Who played a role changing that? It was Edward R. Murrow. Then the pendulum swung back.

Citizens of London by Lynn Olsen tells US about Edward R. Murrow and his thoughts back then.

Murrow was “disheartened” by the lack of freedom and justice in the world.

He saw the “souring” of peace and the rise of international tensions.

He was “distressed” by the rise of McCarthyism.

And for readers to know about those newspapers and many others and that television station and many others.

Murrow was deeply concerned about “the decline of broadcast journalistic standards.” Or what I sometimes call today mediocrity. And Murrow criticized his chief at CBS, Bill Paley, for going after “profits and ratings.”

Here is a quote from Citizens of London, ”The news division, which had made CBS the number one network in the country during the war (World War II) was pushed into the background.”

Entertainment became the main focus.

And this is based on facts and based on truth. And just like recent documentaries (Ken Burns, for example) that portrayed the United States almost totally against the Jews in the days of Adolph Hitler, everyone has to do better. This article was just sent to Congressman Henry Cuellar, and I sent another article to Senator Chris Van Holland about The Swastika Nation. My concerns there were about possible antisemitism in relation to arming Israel at this moment.

The Zone of Interest has won awards, and its writer director made a statement about the current conflict in Gaza. There are clearly extremist views and lots of other viewpoints that people ought to know about. Some knowledgeable historians (but only a few) have pointed out that The Holocaust should either not be brought up or rarely brought up. Criticism of Israel under those terms is acceptable, but do people wish to hear it (Jews and non-Jews alike).

And here is part of my article written months before the repugnant House Ed and Workforce hearings that demonized Ivy League presidents and now wishes to demonize a member of UAW section 9 A.

Inna Vernikov Stop It Now

Posted October 16, 2023

Most Jews wish to see Hamas destroyed and quickly. What Hamas did was evil, and it takes my mind back to the Massacre of Hebron in 1929. And I know that there were good Palestinians who protected Jews then who fled to save their lives. And that was before Hitler and The Holocaust, Arabs who protected and saved Jews are enshrined in the Yad Vashem in Israel as “Righteous of Nations.” And it is hoped that all Israelis and Jews remember all this.

Czar Nicholas II of Russia said that 99 percent of troublemakers were Jews. Know your Russian-Soviet history. And now Czar Ron DeSantis says that 100 percent of Palestinians are antisemitic and just at a time when we count on fairness among Palestinians and their supporters.

I know that Inna Vernikov has been trained recently in self-defense and she has promoted it in her community since then. I know she is a strong Republican, but her challenge of the new state law about bringing guns to a protest and overturning the law could lead to all Palestinians and their supporters to arm themselves, bringing guns to protests, and incentivize violence in Brooklyn. Be careful what you wish for. The Russian Czar was repugnant and the Florida Czar is too.

This is the kind of factual material that was brought forth at the Academy Awards.

I have contacted the journalist at the Hollywood Reporter about his article related to the pro-Palestinian protests at the Academy Award. The real problem, and I have noted it for years, is this. This is the tip of the iceberg (Titanic) and it affects politics and society. It affects major organizations across our nation that we count on to fight hate to the best of their ability. The best is yet to come.
