R-E-S-P-E-C-T For Everyone Everywhwere
GED help is now available to everyone in the City of New York and when I say everyone I mean to everyone who knows English (people from all continents). The GED was replaced in 2014 by the TASC Test, although the GED continues in other states along with other exams. It’s highly doubtful that this program exists in classrooms across New York City and New York State. Please share it now with people.
Spanish is one of the two official languages of testing and unfortunately the test was not translated into other languages. Knowledge in Every Language Matters!
If you have not seen the link about how to study for the TASC Test, it is available online. The link will be available in bodegas so drop into a bodega or visit the website of the United Bodega Association to obtain it.
Part of studying for the high school equivalency and learning more English is vocabulary and the program below will assist each person studying for the test.
Since a person should not read the entire book before taking the test, a good way to prepare is to learn more vocabulary. Here is just one specific example.
Americans know the word “Prohibition” in our history. The p is capitalized because it is the name of something and not just the word prohibition. Prohibition is the period in history when it was illegal to make, distribute, and consume alcoholic beverages. Vocabulary matters! This program will help all Americans and residents to learn more.
If you have the McGraw-Hill TASC book, this program will match up perfectly in your study for the exam.
